  A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Cogswell and Ms. Schiowitz for assisting with student council elections.  We have one returning member and eight new members to our spring student council. Thank you to Mr. Wonsey for assisting in taking down all or the beautiful artwork that lined our halls for the Winter Concert and Art Show. There is no school tomorrow, Friday January 25 due to Turn Around Day. Student council elections will be held Tuesday, January 29 in the morning for all third, fourth and fifth grade classrooms. There is a School Council meeting in my office on Tuesday, January 29 from 3:30-4:30. We enjoyed some powerful presentations focused on the theme of Social Justice. Hello Gill-Montague Families, We are Keisha Green and Safire DeJong from the Collaborative for Educational Services. We have been invited by GMRSD to gather information about the equity and civil rights issues that students, family/guardians, and staff have experienced in the school district. In addition to gathering information, our role is to support a process where students, staff, and family/guardians use the information that is gathered to develop plans for transforming those issues in GMRSD schools.
