Happy Friday from Gill Elementary School

Thank you all for joining us last night for our Open House. It was great to see so many smiling faces and happy kids. A reminder for our kindergarten and 5th grade families- your Open House will be on Tuesday. 10/29/19 from 5:00-6:00 PM. 

A reminder that we are seeking School Council members. If you are interested, please contact me by Wednesday, 10/30 (next week). If we have more interest than we have slots available, the PTO will facilitate an election. 

Today on our Facebook page, we have (or will have shortly) another read aloud. This week's feature is Of Thee I Sing- A Letter to My Daughters by Barak Obama, illustrated by Loren Long. 

Lastly, next Saturday, 11/2 we will be hosting our fall clean-up day. Please join us from 9:00-12:00 to clean the fire pit, playground, nature trail, gardens, and any other areas that need some TLC.
