Sealed Bids - Surplus Items
The School Committee of the Gill-Montague Regional School District, 35 Crocker Avenue, Turners Falls, Massachusetts request sealed bids for the following surplus items:
- 2003 John Deere Tractor w/ bucket
- Sweeper attachment for John Deere
- Snow Blower Attachment for John Deere
- 2004 F350 Dump Truck (diesel)
- 2002 Dodge Caravan (passenger)
- 2006 Chevrolet Van (cargo)
- Hydraulic Steel Sander
- Eleven (11) Computer Tables
The Items 5 and 6 can be viewed in the side lot at the Gill-Montague Regional School District Offices at 35 Crocker Avenue, Turners Falls. Should you have any questions, or wish to view the other items, please contact Heath Cummings, 863-3261. Items are sold as is with no warranty as to condition. The vehicles will not pass inspection. Payment must be made in full, prior to pick-up and within 30 days to the Treasurer of the Gill-Montague Regional School District. At that time, you will receive a paid item ticket, along with the title if purchasing a vehicle, to present to Heath Cummings when picking up the item.
Bids should be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Sealed Bid – Surplus Items” and should be addressed to the Gill-Montague Regional School District, 35 Crocker Ave, Turners Falls, MA 01376. Bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 20, 2021. The District will notify you of the outcome of the bids. Items won must be picked up within 30 days of notification.
The Gill-Montague Regional School District reserves the right to reject or accept all or part of any bids if it be in the public interest to do so.
Any bid submitted will be binding for thirty (30) days subsequent to the date of the bid opening for awarding purposes.
