Public Health Notice Regarding Measles from District Nurses

Dear Parents/ Guardians,

With the measles outbreak being on the news and confirmed in Massachusetts, we wanted to give you all some information regarding the virus and its prevention. According to the CDC, as of April 4, 2019 there have been 465 cases of infected persons in 19 states in the US. Outbreaks are cases of 3 or more confirmed in a state, and Massachusetts is not one of them at this time.  Please read the linked document below, that will also be sent out via email, for general information on how to protect your children from this serious and potentially life threatening virus.
