We Marched with Monte!

On November 20, teachers Jennifer Luciano, Jessica Vachula-Curtis and 32 of their students took part in Monte's March Against Hunger. Their combined teams raised over $2,700 for the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts! Thanks to all of those who donated. The team marched 8 miles from the center of Amherst to the center of Sunderland through very wet and cold conditions - it was a great community-building day. Congratulations go out to our civic-minded students for their participation and to our community service driven teachers for making this happen. ~ MIchael Sullivan, Superintendent
