There is an All School Meeting this Friday, March 22nd in our auditorium from 2:15-2:45. All are welcome to attend!
Our Bridges theme night flyer went home today! Please RSVP to the complimentary dinner provided by Stone Soup Cafe! This an open house set up for families to see the different way each grade studied ‘bridges’.
Nurse Joni would appreciate gently used t-shirts in any sizes. As the weather is getting warmer and clothes are being changed out, please consider donating t-shirts that your child may have outgrown.

The search for a new middle and high school principal is underway. A search committee has been selected and is in the process of reviewing applications and interviewing candidates. Our goal is select two finalists to introduce to the community within the next two weeks, followed by the selection of a single finalist prior to April vacation. The search committee of 13 consists of the following members:

Turners Falls High School Student Council sent a delegation of 11 students and their advisors, Beth Fortin and Megan Bendiksen, to the Massachusetts Association of Student Councils state conference for student leadership this year. The MASC Spring Conference is held annually to provide students with both motivational and educational experiences. The three-day two-night conference is held at the Resort and Conference Center in Hyannis. The three days are full of events, motivational speeches, leadership workshops, and awards. This morning, State Representative Natalie Blais visited Sheffield along with representatives from the Western Mass Food Bank, a School Committee member, school administrators, and our Food Director to watch our breakfast in the classroom in action! Since September, we have 88% of our students participating in our program. It was an honor to share how well our entire staff has assisted in making this program successful for our school and students!
