Hillcrest Elementary School Friday News June 7, 2019 Dear Hillcrest Families, We are so excited for the second annual Montague Warrior Dash on Saturday! In addition to a super fun adventure obstacle course, children and families can also enjoy a free Touch A Truck event featuring vehicles from the following businesses and organizations: Montague Police Department, Montague Center Fire Department, Massachusetts State Police ,Senn II Excavating, Rau's Towing and F. Wheel chair accessible garden beds, under construction at Turners Falls High School, are a fine example of our community working together. Students from Mr. Lamore's classes with help from the maintenance staff, especially Mr. Jeffrey Sak and Mr. Heath Cummings. The beds are primed and ready to be painted by art classes. More pictures to follow after the artists have completed their work.  
Friday, June 7, our fourth/fifth grades will be at Camp Kewanee from 9:00 to 2:00.  Only adults who have signed up to volunteer and have a current CORI will be allowed to stay.  This is for the safety of our students. ·         Next week is our last week of school!  Monday and Tuesday are full days with a 3:15 dismissal. ·         Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are ALL half days with a noon dismissal.  Lunch will be provided to students those last half days. ·    ...
The last three days of school (June 12, 13, and 14) are half days with dismissal at noon.  Lunch is provided on all three days.  Please note: if your student has medication, epipen, inhaler, ointment, etc. in the health office, please stop by before noon on Friday June 14 to pick it up from Nurse Joni.  Otherwise, they will be discarded.
