Thank you to Ms. King and Ms. Castro-Santos for a wonderful Winter Band and Art Show last night!
I’m excited to share that our cafeteria is looking to reintroduce peanut butter to our February menu, in learning there are currently no student’s possessing this allergy.
As we move deeper into the cold and snowy Winter, this is a friendly reminder that winter clothing is needed for outdoor recess. Please remember to send your student with these 5 items every morning: winter jacket, snow pants, snow boots, hat, gloves and stay warm!

Just a quick one today. First, I’d like to thank our chorus students who put on a great show on Wednesday. They sounded amazing. Thanks for all the parents, community members and friends who came out to support them as well. Special thanks for Ms. King for making the show happen.
I also wanted to remind everyone about our illness policy here. If students exhibit signs of vomiting, diarrhea, or have a fever over 100 degrees, we ask that you keep them home for 24 hours since they last displayed symptoms without medication. I hope you all had a nice extra hour of sleep yesterday, and are ready for the big snow this weekend. We’re hoping that we’ll be able to break the sleds out again next week.
Please remember two important pieces of information about next week. Monday is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and we will not have school. Friday was originally slated to be a day off for Turn Around Day. However, due to not having power one day in the fall, we will be having a half day of school on Friday, 1/24/20.

On Monday, January 20th, there is no school in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Monday, January 20, there is no school in celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. School will reopen on Tuesday, January 21st.
We have our Winter Band/Art Show on Wednesday, January 22 starting at 7:00 pm in the auditorium and hallways.
Students are only allowed to play in the snow if they have both boots and snow pants on. This is to ensure they stay dry. There is no throwing of snow, for the safety of others. When the air and wind temperature combined are 20 degrees and warmer, students are outside...
