Welcome back to school! I hope that you all found opportunities to relax, refresh and have plenty of off-screen fun during the school vacation week. Next Thursday, January 14 there will be a School Council meeting. These are open to the public and are still being held virtually. The meeting will be from 3:30-4:30pm and if you’d like an invitation to join, please send me an email.

The events at our nation’s Capitol Building that unfolded yesterday were shocking and dramatic for many of us to watch. The violence and attempts to disrupt the democratic process are traumatic and provoke many emotions and feelings from all who witness them.
We are living through these events in real time, and as families it is often difficult to know how to react or respond to questions from our children.
