Hillcrest Updates

Thank you for your contributions to the GMRSD Food Drive to benefit MCSM. Food Pantry We’ll continue to collect non-perishable food items and personal hygiene supplies through Thursday, December 21st.
We will get together for the December All School Meeting on Friday, December 22nd at 9:00. We’ll enjoy presentations from the following classes: Preschool - Ms. Sarah, Kindergarten - Mrs. Lesenski, First Grade - Ms. Smith.
Also on December 22nd, Hillcrest students are invited to dress in their pajamas for a Comfy, Cozy Day! If your child would like to wear their pajamas to school, they need to wear regular shoes. No slippers, please. And, no “onesie” pajamas as these make trips to the restroom very difficult!

Friends of Hillcrest

There will be no December meeting of Friends of Hillcrest. The next meeting will take place on Thursday, January 4th at 5:30. All are welcome!
Friends of Hillcrest will host Cocoa & Crafts on Thursday, January 18th at 5:00.

Community News

Be sure to check out all the upcoming events sponsored by the Montague Public Libraries. This Saturday, December 9th, there’s Story Time at 10:00 at the Carnegie Library and a Wreath Making Workshop at 1:30 at the Millers Falls Library. And, next Saturday, there’s a Gingerbread House Party at the Great Falls Discovery Center from 11:00 - 1:00.

Novedades de Hillcrest

Gracias por sus contribuciones a la Colecta de Alimentos de GMRSD a beneficio de MCSM. Continuaremos recolectando alimentos no perecederos y artículos de higiene personal hasta el Jueves 21 de Diciembre.
Nos reuniremos para la Reunión Escolar de Diciembre el Viernes, 22 de Diciembre a las 9:00. Disfrutaremos de las presentaciones de las siguientes clases: Preescolar - Sra. Sarah, Kindergarten - Sra. Lesenski, Primer Grado - Sra. Smith.
También el 22 de diciembre, los estudiantes de Hillcrest están invitados a vestirse con sus pijamas para un día cómodo y acogedor. Si a su hijo le gustaría usar su pijama en la escuela, tiene que usar zapatos normales. No zapatillas. ¡Y, por favor, no le envíe con pijamas "onesie" estos hacen ir al baño muy difícil!

Los Amigos de Hillcrest

No habrá reunión de diciembre de los Amigos de Hillcrest. La próxima reunión está programada para el jueves 4 de enero a las 5:30. ¡Todos son bienvenidos!
Amigos de Hillcrest será el anfitrión de Cocoa & Crafts el Jueves, 18 de Enero a las 5:00.

Noticias de la Comunidad

Asegúrese de revisar todos los próximos eventos patrocinados por las Bibliotecas Públicas de Montague. Este sábado, 9 de diciembre, hay una hora de cuentos a las 10:00 en la Biblioteca Carnegie y un taller de confección de coronas a la 1:30 en la Biblioteca Millers Falls. Y, el próximo sábado, hay una fiesta de la casa de Gingerbread en el Great Falls Discovery Center de 11:00 - 1:00.
