Principal Newsletter for May 28, 2020

● All School Sing Celebration is what we would normally be planning this time of year to celebrate everyone moving on at our June sing.  This tradition has evolved to include the entire Sheffield school.  We recognize our volunteers, we hear our chorus sing, our band play, Ms. King leads everyone singing songs that our fifth graders pick from the repertoire of songs taught throughout the year, and I provide a short speech about moving forward, then the families of fifth graders are invited to join their child in our cafeteria to eat some cake.  We are in the planning process of doing something for our students, but because this is going to look very different, we’re still planning.  Information will be shared as soon as details are finalized.

● Thank you to all the families who came out to stand in the hot sun and wave at the car parade yesterday!  It was so great to see everyone!!
