Happy Mothers Day to all SES Moms!

School Calendar

  • May 11 and 12: Wednesday and Thursday, grade 3 to 5 MCAS Mathematics testing.

  • May 18: Wednesday, Friends of Sheffield, 4:00-4:45

  • May 24 and 25: Tuesday and Wednesday, grade 5 Science, Technology and Engineering MCAS testing.

  • May 30th: Monday, Memorial Day and there will be no school in order to observe the holiday.

  • June 10, 13, 14, and 15: Friday, then Monday to Wednesday, all ½ days of school.

  • June 15: Wednesday, the last day of this school year.

MCAS News 

  • As always we hope your child will be able to get a good night's sleep prior to testing, have a good breakfast at home or at school, and have you give your encouragement to them to work hard to try their best.

Friends of Sheffield News

Thank you to all of the families who participated in our Hillside Pizza fundraiser. Pickup will be next Wednesday, May 11 from 2:45-3:45. We do not have freezer space to hold your items after this pickup time. Please arrange for a friend or family member to pick up your orders if you can't make this time work.
