  • Welcome back! I hope your spring break was relaxing and enjoyable!

  • We will be conducting school pictures on May 4th.  Every student will have an individual picture taken on May 4th.   The class photo will be created based on the individual photo to ensure safety procedures.   An order form will be sent  home today.  This will be a rain or shine event. (remote students can come to school between 12:00-12:30 to have their picture taken).

  • MCAS dates: this year we will be having one day of ELA, one day for Math, for all third-fifth grades,  and one day for Science for grade 5.  The following dates have been scheduled for our school.  May 13; 5th grade Science,  May 20; Math, May 27; ELA.  Make ups will be the next day for each subject.

  • Now that we have so many students back, it was decided that every Friday will be a spirit day!  These are always optional, and are just a fun way for students and staff to show their Sheffield Pride!  Friday, April 30th, is Pajama Day! (no slippers please)

  • Looking ahead to next week which is May;

    • Tuesday is National Teacher Appreciation Day!

    • Tuesday is School Picture Day.

    • Wednesday, May 5 is a half day of school with a noon dismissal.  

  • We continue to follow all CDC and DESE guidelines to ensure staff and student safety.
