Coming soon, Wednesday and Thursday, May 11 and 12 will be the MCAS Mathematics assessments for grades 3 to 5. Then on Tuesday and Wednesday May 24 and 25 grade 5 will have Science. As always we hope your child will be able to get a good night's sleep prior to testing, have a good breakfast at home or at school, and have you give your encouragement to them to work hard to try their best.

We are super excited to partner with Bagels N' More to spoil our Sheffield Pride staff with treats next week during National Teacher Appreciation Week. Help us out and sponsor a staff member by donating $5 or $10 to make this a big success! You may Venmo us @Friends-Sheffield. Additionally, if you'd prefer to purchase an item, be sure to check out teacher wishlists here: https://tinyurl.com/2p97aurk (There are several books lists available). Lastly, feel free to have your child make cards or pictures for a staff member or bring in fresh picked flowers to brighten someone’s day anytime next week as we spread the love to our Sheffield Pride at Sheffield Elementary School.
Have a great weekend!
