Valentine’s Day is coming up in many of our classrooms, there will be an opportunity for students to exchange valentine cards. Please keep in mind that our school policy prohibits food, candy and other edible treats being sent from home for classroom celebrations. This policy extends to valentine cards. Please do not send any valentine card that contains an edible treat such as a lollipop, chocolate candy, fruit snacks, goldfish, etc. Thank you.

Hello Sheffield Families,
We need your help! Our incredible teachers have indicated that they've seen amazing growth among our students in reading this year, and they've created a wish list of guided reading books that will help further boost reading skills and confidence among students in grades 2-5. If you would like to help, please visit https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/MI10U4YHWAEY and check back as the list will continue to be updated. You'll see that teachers need multiples of each title listed, but even purchasing one book would be greatly appreciated. Let's see if we can help our teachers reach their goal and provide our students with some new books!
Additionally, you can help #clearthelist by purchasing something off teacher wish lists found here: https://tinyurl.com/2ar6uw3k. These are both wonderful opportunities for families and friends to get involved with Sheffield, and we hope you can help. We appreciate all of your support.
Sincerely,
Friends of Sheffield
