A huge ‘Thank you!” to our Turners Falls Fire Department for coming to speak to our students about fire safety. We greatly appreciate you coming in to conduct this annual assembly, and providing students with the tools and strategies to keep them and their families safe!

Join Friends of Sheffield for their 2nd meeting of the year on Wednesday, Oct 16th at Riff's North restaurant in Turners Falls at 6pm.

Save the date and attend our 4th annual Pumpkin Carving Night at Sheffield on Friday, Oct 18th from 6-7:30. Your family will get to carve a pumpkin together (pumpkins generously donated by Patterson Farm), enjoy popcorn, donuts (generously donated by Adams Donuts), face painting and our own photo booth! Friends of Sheffield (FOS) will bring your carved pumpkin to the Great Falls Festival on Saturday 10/19. Find your pumpkin that day, get a prize for carving and visit FOS at their booth across from St. Kaz from 2pm-8pm. LIKE the Friends of Sheffield Facebook page for updates on events or join the REMIND group (Class name: FRIENDS OF SHEFFIELD 2019-2020 Class code: @fosv). Volunteers are needed for Pumpkin Carving Night and for the booth at Great Falls Festival. Find the link to volunteer on FOS’s FB page. Please lend a hand if you can!

Thursday, October 17 from 8:50-9:20 will be our first All School Sing in our auditorium! All are welcome to attend and hear the beautiful singing by our whole school, led by Ms. Susan King, our talented music teacher.
