Montague Mack & Cousin Winston Visit Sheffield

On Tuesday, March 23, Montague Police Department K-9 Comfort Dog Mack and his handler, GMRSD School Resource Officer Dan Miner, paid a visit to Sheffield to greet children on their way into school.  This time Mack was joined by his cousin K-9 Officer Winston and his handler Officer Bill Laramee.  Winston is assigned to work in the Amherst Schools and is younger than Mack who was more than happy to show his little cousin around!  Mack and Winston started their day at Sheffield, and then went on to spend time at Great Falls Middle School, and Turners Falls High School. The K-9’s had a great day and the students seemed to enjoy seeing these chocolate labs too.
