Friends of Sheffield (FOS)

Thank You Nolan Plumbing and Heating!!

Our first ever BINGO for Books event was held last Friday, March 24, and it was a huge success, but it would not have been possible without the help and generous donations of many in our community.

FOS wants to extend a giant thank you to Nolan Plumbing and Heating who sponsored our event and made it possible for us to offer such a wonderful variety of book prizes. FOS would also like to thank the Sheffield teachers who volunteered their time to help at the event. Ms. Whiteman was our fabulous BINGO caller, Mrs. Lofland helped us order books and run the BINGO board, Ms. Calkins ran our prize table, and Mrs. Tyler helped to clean up. Everything ran smoothly because of all of you! We're also grateful to the families who sent in goodies for our bake sale. They were delicious and enjoyed by many! Lastly, we want to thank the many local businesses that donated gift cards for our bonus round of prizes: Pinz Entertainment, French King Bowling, Interskate 91 North, Fun Hub Action Park, Cinemark at Hampshire Mall and HD, A2Z Science & Learning Toy Store, and Arizona Pizza Company Hadley MA.

To all the families that attended - we sincerely hope you and your children had fun. Thank you for coming.

Boon Supply Fundraiser

The Boon Supply fundraiser will run until Friday, April 7. Boon Supply offers reusable bags, water bottles, candles, magazines, popcorn and baking mixes. Movie Fundraiser

We hope you'll join us at Greenfield Garden Cinemas for a showing of The Super Mario Bros. Movie on Saturday, April 15th at 9 AM. Tickets are $5 each and the event will be open to the public. This is a great opportunity to do something fun over spring break while supporting our school! Be sure to invite your friends and family!

Thank you to the cast of Hairspray!

The TFHS cast of "Hairspray" presented to the SES 5th graders to talk to them about performing arts opportunities next year. The cast performed the opening number and then taught the dance to our 5th graders! Hairspray opens tonight at 7 pm and continues through the week with shows on Saturday at 2 and 7 pm and Sunday at 2 pm. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students and seniors.
