Principal Newsletter September 10, 2020 (with schedules)
Principal Newsletter for September 10, 2020
- School starts this Monday!! Your child should expect to be logging on for their Morning Meeting daily at 8:30. Classroom teachers should have reached out to share information on logging on to their Google Classroom, to access live sessions.
- Thank you for all the parents who came to pick up a chrome book and were told we needed more. We have them and I’ll be calling to make arrangements for pick-up or drop off.
- I know many of you are anxious about what the schedule will look like for your child. I am attaching them below.
- I shared with my staff that the word for the year was ‘flexible’. Things will be ever changing as data on COVID is updated. The schedules below may also need to be tweaked, though our teachers have worked to ensure a balance of screen time vs. non-screen time, but scheduling is tricky and edits may need to be made, but we’re going to try these for a while and amend if/as needed.
- I’m looking forward to an amazing year! Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
