Principal Newsletter 3/5/2020

We understand that families may have questions and concerns regarding the COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) and how it may affect our schools. Although at this point in time, the CDC has reported that the general public is at low risk, here are general precautions we can all take to help stay healthy. The precautions to help prevent colds and the flu can help protect against COVID-19. Custodial staff are working hard and sanitizing buildings daily.

Please remind your child that these steps will also help at home:

• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, if unable to wash, use alcohol-based hand sanitizers• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth

• Cover your coughs or sneezes with a tissue or into your elbow sleeve (not with your hands)

• Stay away from people who are sick and stay home when you are sick
