Monday

1/21/19 No School: Martin Luther King Jr. Day

 

Tuesday

1/22/19 Full Day of school – Even Day

Day 2 –Exams for all 2.5 classes that meet on even Days

Wednesday

1/23/19 Day 1 – Odd Day

Block A Exam: 7:45-9:06

For all 2.5 & 5.0 classes that meet on odd Days

GAP

Block C Exam: 9:42-11:03

No bus transportation will be provided at 11:03

Buses will depart from the school at the regular time – 2:25

11:05 – 11:20 Lunch time for students remaining

 

Thursday

1/24/19 Day 1 – Odd Day

Blocks D Exam: 7:45-9:06

For all 2.5 & 5.0 classes that meet on odd Days

GAP

Block E Exam: 9:42-11:03

No bus transportation will be provided at 11:03

Buses will depart from the school at the regular time – 2:25

11:05 – 11:20 Lunch time for students remaining

 

STUDENTS ARE TO REMAIN IN THEIR EXAM ROOMS

DURING THE ENTIRE EXAM PERIOD.

NO STUDENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE CLASSROOM.

Any student found cheating will receive a zero for the exam

Any truancy will result in a zero for the exam

 

Any students staying after exams must sign up for lunch in the main office

and make arrangements with a teacher to stay with them after lunch

 

Friday

1/25/19 Turn Around Day, No School for Students!

Makeup Exams will be from 7:45 AM until 11:03 AM

Makeup Exams must be scheduled with the Teacher prior to Friday morning

 

*ALL COURSE MATERIALS, TEXTBOOKS AND PAPER BACKS ARE TO BE RETURNED TO THE TEACHER ON THE DAY OF THE EXAM*
